Southern Cooking in Nashville

Nashville showed us the true south when it came to food.  We had biscuits made with bacon grease, deep fried grilled cheese sandwiches, hot chicken, “vegetables” such as asparagus casserole, and some classic BBQ.  Although we would normally say we’d miss a place with such good food, in this case I fear it would kill us.  But Nashville you proved yourself to have cool style, friendly people, and the most interesting karaoke bar.
