You know the quote “surround yourself with people that you want to influence you”, or something like that? Angie and Levi are those people. They are some of the most real people I know. They are open about the downs as much as the ups in their relationship and their life. Every time I am with them I feel safe to live, to sing loudly even if i have a voice not even a mother could love, to cry tears of happiness, to hike in the light of only the moonlight, and to love without reservation or caution. Their wedding was nothing short of beautiful. There was 63 guest that every single one comprised the bridal party. They made boutonnieres for all the men and told everyone to wear green or purple because they were all close enough to be their guests of honor. During the ceremony as I looked around for shots, I didn’t see one dry eye.
They rented a cabin out for the weekend and together with their friends and family cooked, decorated and created a reception that was intimate and beautiful. For the ceremony they hiked a short distance away from the cabin and everyone stood around them. They danced the night away to their favorite 60’s songs, and we ended the night with a toast circle send off, because everyone had something they wanted to say to them.
Their first dance song was May This Be Love by Jimi Hendrix if you want to listen to that as you enjoy their wedding day.
